

Every patient has a story to tell about their smile. It’s important for every patient that we listen to that story, and that we get to understand it.
The only way that we, at identity, consider a treatment to be successful is if we understand what it is that a patient really wants.
Listening to the patient is only half of the story. When we are meeting for the first time, we need to also be observing the patient talking; and that gives tremendous input on smile design, success and planning.

What to expect at the first visit:
1 We address any questions you may have
2 We perform an x-ray to assess you
3 An examination of your issue is carried out
4 We can have our Hygienist clean your teeth
5 Photography is taken
6 An explanation of your issue is presented
7 We create a bespoke treatment plan
8 We discuss fees and proceed to treatment
For each visit at your clinic, we will first review your treatment plan; go over your questions and Go over each step of the current treatment to be done on the day.

- Custom treatment plan discussed and planned together
- Discussion and answers to all questions
- Photographs taken
- Custom made porcelain restorations by a master ceramist
- Leaving our office with temporaries if in the middle of treatment
- Review and follow-up by our team
